Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs, contracts, scheduling, and regional service performance across the East Region. This role serves as the liaison between customers, service advisors, parts personnel, and branch leadership to ensure exceptional service and profitable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience in field service or related industries.
• Experience with service operations and managing customer relationships.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, or maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance quotations, contracts, and renewals.
• Manage new customer setup, ship‑to/bill‑to info, and insurance docs.
• Route contracts for legal review and ensure compliance.
• Maintain Master Schedule for monthly PM services and renewals.
• Conduct monthly branch reviews and monitor proposal activity.
• Analyze reports and identify follow‑up opportunities for contracts.
