Job summary

Interstate Power Systems seeks a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs, contracts, quotes, and scheduling across the East Region. You will coordinate service delivery, coach technicians, and drive profitability through strong customer relationships and adherence to service standards.

The role requires supervisory experience in field service, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring safety and quality across

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in field service supervision, maintenance, or related equipment industries.
• Experience with service operations and managing customer relationships.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, service agreements, or maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, repair processes, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Quoting & Contract Management: prepare, manage, and track PM quotations; create and administer service contracts and renewals; respond to RFQs.
• New Customer Setup: establish new accounts, manage ship-to/bill-to data, process credit apps, collect insurance docs, ensure link between accounts.
• Legal Contract Processing: route contracts for legal review and approvals; ensure policy compliance and proper documentation.
• Master Schedule Management: maintain monthly PM master schedule and track services by location/equipment; update renewals.
• Monthly Branch Reviews: conduct meetings to review proposals, monitor activity, and capture status updates.
• Report Analysis & Follow-Up: review monthly reports, identify non-contracted PMs for follow-up, maintain service history records.
