Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance programs, contract administration, and technician scheduling across the Central and East Region. This role acts as a key liaison among customers, service advisors, parts personnel, and branch leadership to ensure exceptional service and profitable operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement: high school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in field service operations, managing customer relationships, and preparing quotes or contracts.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance quotations, contracts, and renewals.
• Manage new customer setup and ensure accurate Bill-To/Ship-To data.
• Route contracts for legal review and coordinate approvals before execution.
• Maintain Master Schedule for monthly PM services and track by location/equipment.
• Review pricing updates and issue revised contracts when needed.
• Conduct monthly reviews with branches to optimize proposals and conversions.
• Analyze service data to identify follow-up opportunities and future contracts.
