Job summary

Sysmex Corporation is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician to develop into a Service Engineer. The role includes extensive training, travel within the U.S. during the training period, and potential relocation to a service district on completion.

During training, you will learn to install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments, document activities, and support customers in various districts. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0-3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science, or military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement into Engineer roles.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts to mentor or assist with tasks during training.
• Provide service support in respective districts after training.
• Travel during training up to 50% within the United States.
