Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to train thoroughly and advance toward a Service Engineer role in a nationwide program. You will travel within the U.S. during training and then support multiple districts by installing, maintaining, and repairing Sysmex instruments and systems.

The role emphasizes documentation, teamwork, and continual learning with potential relocation to different service districts. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0-3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of Sysmex-certified instrument training.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts during training; mentor support.
• Provide service in districts after training; potential relocation.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document service activities and manage inventory and records.
