Job summary

Sysmex Corporation is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician to develop the skills necessary to advance to a Service Engineer position. The role involves extensive training, relocation possibilities, and frequent travel within the United States during the training period, with ongoing field support across territories.

During training you will work with a mentor, complete hands-on instrument service, and document activities meticulously.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0–3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be willing to relocate to any service district in the U.S.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts with a mentor during training.
• Provide service support after training in respective districts.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document all service-related activities in a timely and professional manner.
• Work cross-functionally with Sysmex personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
