Qualifications

• Associate degree or 0–3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Lab Science.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willing to relocate and travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform the duties of a Field Service Technician.
• Travel within service districts to work with a mentor or assist with tasks.
• Provide service support after training and move into an SE position.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document all service activities and manage inventory/records.
• Collaborate with Sysmex personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
