Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician in the U.S. The role includes extensive training to advance toward a Service Engineer position, with travel up to 50% during training and potential relocation afterward.

You will support installation, maintenance, and repair of Sysmex instruments. Candidates should have an Associate degree or related experience, electronics or lab science background, and the ability to work in a Windows environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 0-3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science; bachelor's preferred.
• Completion of Sysmex-certified instrument training.
• Windows computer knowledge; LIS interfacing desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts during training up to 50%.
• Upon completion, provide service support in respective districts.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document service activities and manage records.
• Relocate to service districts as needed.
