Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. in the United States seeks a Regional Field Service Technician. The role trains you to become a Service Engineer, travels frequently during training, and supports multiple Sysmex product lines.

During training you may relocate and travel up to 50% in the U.S. after training you will cover territories and pursue a permanent SE position, with a focus on instrument installation, maintenance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0-3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science.
• Completion of Sysmex-certified instrument training.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts during training.
• Provide service support in respective service districts after training.
• Travel up to 50% within the United States during training.
• Seek an SE or related position after program completion.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document all service-related activities and records.
