Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician to develop the knowledge needed to transition into a Service Engineer role. The position involves servicing Sysmex instruments, extensive training, and up to 50% travel within the United States during training.

After training, you will support and expand service in assigned districts, with opportunities for relocation and advancement. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and English proficiency is required with a

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 0–3 years in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science; may include Military experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to relocate anywhere in the U.S.
• General computer knowledge in Windows; LIS knowledge desirable.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly; strong communication.
• English fluency; second language desirable (Spanish, French or Portuguese).

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts during training; mentor/support other tasks.
• Provide service support in assigned districts after training.
• Travel up to 50% within the United States during training.
• Move into an SE or related position after program completion.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document all service activities promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Sysmex team to resolve customer issues.
