Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician who will train to become a Service Engineer. The role involves extensive travel across the U.S. during the training period and developing expertise to service Sysmex product lines.

Upon completion, you will support existing and emerging territories, with relocation opportunities, and advance within a dynamic diagnostics environment. Strong communication and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires biomedical engineering knowledge or electronics background.
• Desirable experience with LIS interfacing and clinical lab science.
• Strong English communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training to become a Field Service Technician (FST).
• Travel within service districts for mentorship and service tasks during training.
• Provide service support in designated districts after training.
• Travel up to 50% within the United States during training.
• Relocate as needed and move into a Service Engineer position when available.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems per policies.
• Document all service activities including inventory, service orders, and expenses.
• Work with Sysmex teams to resolve customer issues and maintain satisfaction.
