Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. seeks a Regional Field Service Technician to develop expertise and advance toward a Service Engineer role. The position involves extensive training and frequent U.S. travel during the program.

During training you will shadow mentors, complete installations, and perform service tasks. After training you’ll support territories and pursue SE opportunities as they become available.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Lab Science.
• 0–3 years experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts to mentor or assist with tasks during training.
• Provide service support in service districts after training.
• Move into SE position as opportunities arise and relocation is possible.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems per policy.
• Document all service activities and manage records.
