Job summary

Sysmex America, Inc. is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician to develop skills for a future Service Engineer role. The program includes extensive training and travel across the U.S. to mentor and shadow during the initial period.

Post-training, you will support service districts, install and repair Sysmex instruments, and document all activities while working with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 0-3 years required in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Clinical Laboratory Science; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Completion of Sysmex-certified instrument training.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
• Willing to relocate to any service district in the U.S.
• Excellent command of English, verbal and written; second language desirable.

Responsibilities

• Complete training to perform Field Service Technician duties.
• Travel within service districts to mentor or assist with service tasks during training (up to 50%).
• Provide service support in respective districts after training.
• Install, maintain, and repair Sysmex instruments and systems.
• Document all service activities including inventory and service orders.
• Support cross-functional Sysmex teams to resolve customer issues.
