Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. seeks a Regional Facility Manager to lead operations across an assigned territory, ensuring 24/7 service delivery, managing work orders from dispatch to closeout, and maintaining contract compliance and performance metrics.

You will build customer relationships, supervise subcontractors, utilize CMMS (Maximo), and drive safe, high-quality facilities services while residing in the territory for rapid response and field oversight.

Qualifications

• Hands-on facilities maintenance knowledge and field experience.
• Ability to interpret technical data and translate into proposals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer representative in the territory and deliver high-quality services.
• Manage full service-call lifecycle from dispatch to closeout per contract SLAs.
• Oversee 24/7 service operations and coordinate routine, priority, and emergency work.
• Maintain work order data in CMMS and tracking systems for visibility.
• Develop, review, and submit repair proposals and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and advise customers and leadership.
