Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC. is seeking a Regional Facility Manager to lead facilities service delivery across a designated territory. The role oversees the full work order lifecycle, coordinates 24/7 service requests, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.

The candidate will manage subcontractors, review repair scopes and proposals, and maintain CMMS data while driving superior customer satisfaction and operational performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities services, operations, maintenance, construction, or technical services.
• Experience managing service call operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience managing operations across multiple facilities or geographically dispersed service territories.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems and facility service commodities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofing, exterior, custodial, life safety, BAS).
• Hands-on trade experience or demonstrated technical operations experience to evaluate repair methods and proposals.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and negotiating proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work.
• Experience managing subcontractors and field service providers across multiple disciplines.
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms (Maximo preferred) for work order management and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while achieving objectives.
• Experience in government, commercial, institutional, healthcare, transportation, or multi-site facilities environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer representative within the assigned territory and deliver high-quality facilities services.
• Manage the full lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch to closeout, meeting SLAs.
• Coordinate 24/7 service requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Maintain accurate work order status and performance data in CMMS and tracking systems.
• Develop, review, and submit repair proposals and cost estimates with technical accuracy.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and provide recommendations to customers and leadership.
• Develop and manage a network of subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor work orders, vendor performance, schedules, and customer satisfaction; resolve issues proactively.
• Review completed work packages and invoices for quality and accuracy.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, vendor evaluations, and quality inspections.
