Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC is seeking a Regional Facility Manager to lead operations for an assigned territory in the United States. You will oversee the complete lifecycle of service calls—from dispatch to closeout—while ensuring contract compliance, service levels, and safe, high-quality delivery.

The role requires residence within the territory, strong customer relations, multi-site oversight, and proactive management of subcontractors and field technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities services, operations maintenance, construction, or technical services.
• Experience managing service call operations in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Experience across multiple facilities or geographically dispersed territories.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS) and related services.
• Ability to evaluate repair methods, review scopes of work, and communicate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee regional facilities operations within the assigned territory.
• Manage the full lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch through closeout.
• Coordinate 24/7 service delivery, prioritizing routine, urgent, and emergency requests.
• Maintain accurate work order data and performance metrics in CMMS/tracking systems.
• Develop, review, and negotiate repair proposals, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and oversee performance and safety.
• Travel throughout the territory to support customer meetings and field operations.
