Job summary

Arora Engineers, Inc. seeks a Regional Facility Manager to lead operations for a defined territory, overseeing the full service call lifecycle—from dispatch through closeout—while ensuring contract requirements, SLA performance, and metrics are met in a 24/7 environment.

You will serve as the primary customer liaison, manage subcontractor performance, maintain CMMS data (Maximo preferred), and drive safe, high-quality service delivery while traveling within the territory to support field

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities services or related field
• Experience managing service calls in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Experience across multiple facilities or territories
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS and building systems
• Ability to evaluate repair methods and communicate with customers/subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer representative in assigned territory
• Oversee lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch to closeout
• Coordinate routine, priority, and emergency requests in a 24/7 environment
• Maintain accurate work order status and performance data in CMMS
• Develop, review, and negotiate cost estimates and scopes of work
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and select appropriate repairs
• Manage a network of subcontractors across disciplines
• Monitor progress, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction
• Review completed work packages and invoices for accuracy
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and quality inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Travel within the assigned territory to support operations
