Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities services, operations, maintenance, construction, or technical services.
• Experience managing service call operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience across multiple facilities or geographically dispersed territories.
• Knowledge of commercial building systems and facility service lines (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BAS, etc.).
• Hands-on ability to evaluate repair methods, review scopes, and communicate technical issues clearly.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and negotiating proposals, cost estimates, and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer representative within the assigned territory.
• Manage the lifecycle of service calls and work orders from dispatch to closeout.
• Coordinate 24/7 service requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate work order data in CMMS and performance tracking systems.
• Develop, review, and submit repair proposals and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and select appropriate repair solutions.
• Develop and manage a network of subcontractors across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor progress, vendor performance, and customer satisfaction; communicate status.
• Review completed work and invoices for quality and accuracy.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and quality inspections.
• Review safety plans and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Travel within the territory to support operations and engagements.
