Job summary

ARORA ENGINEERS, LLC is seeking a Regional Facility Manager to lead assigned state/territory facilities services, ensuring on-time, compliant delivery and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.

You will manage the full lifecycle of service calls from dispatch to closeout, coordinate 24/7 operations, oversee subcontractors, review proposals, and drive performance across multiple facilities while maintaining data in CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities services or related fields.
• Experience managing service-call operations.
• Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing...).
• CMMS usage with work order management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer representative in territory.
• Manage lifecycle of service calls and WOs.
• Oversee 24/7 service operations.
• Maintain work order data in CMMS.
• Develop repair proposals and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and performance.
• Travel throughout territory.
