Job summary

Astound is seeking a hands-on sales leadership professional to manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives. The role focuses on single-family and multi-dwelling unit relationships, with coaching and performance management to meet monthly targets.

You will coach, ride along, and collaborate with regional teams while driving customer acquisition and strong partnerships in a hybrid office/field setup in Oregon.

Qualifications

• College degree or high school diploma; equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in management.
• Direct Sales or other face to face sales
• Knowledge of the cable industry, regional communities, customers and staff.
• Proven record of delivering above expected performance from sales teams.
• Highly productive and prioritizes multiple tasks to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Focus on door-to-door and Multi-Dwelling Unit relationships to engage, market, and cultivate partnerships.
• Provide regular updates to Direct Sales Representatives via weekly team meetings.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching and field ride-alongs to improve performance.
• Collaborate with regional counterparts on sales incentives and recognition opportunities.
