Job summary

Astound, a leading internet, WiFi, mobile and TV provider, is seeking a Dynamic Sales Manager in Oregon. The role leads a team of Direct Sales Representatives focused on door-to-door single-family and multi-dwelling unit partnerships to hit aggressive sales targets.

The position offers a base salary of $75,000 with uncapped commissions, enabling total compensation up to $140,000+ per year. The role is hybrid with two days in-office and field/home office flexibility, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or high school diploma; equivalent sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in management.
• Experience in telecommunications direct sales or face-to-face sales.
• Knowledge of the cable industry and local markets.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Direct Sales Representatives in door-to-door and multi-dwelling unit sales.
• Stay current on pricing, products, and service processes to optimize customer experience.
• Act as SME for systems and tools (billing, reporting, CRM).
• Provide weekly updates in team meetings to align on expectations.
• Monitor daily activities and bi-weekly targets; evaluate monthly progress on new customer budgets.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching with field ride-alongs and productivity documentation.
• Collaborate regionally on sales incentives and recognition programs.
• Maintain headcount budgets and assist recruiting with interviews.
• Build relationships in local communities to enhance Astound's brand image.
• Ensure team presents a neat, professional appearance to customers.
• Support residential multi-unit customers and partnerships with property managers.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA/NEC rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
