Astound is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a team of Direct Sales Representatives in Oregon. The role focuses on both single-family door-to-door and multi-dwelling unit relationships to drive new customer acquisitions and revenue growth.

You will coach field-based reps, stay current on pricing and service processes, and ensure expert use of billing and CRM systems. A strong track record in sales leadership and proficiency with MS Office is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3 years' management experience
• Experience in telecommunications Direct Sales or face-to-face sales
• Knowledge of the cable industry and local communities
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet/exceed targets
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Oversee Single Family door-to-door and Multi-Dwelling Unit sales relationships.
• Coach and develop team through field ride-alongs and regular performance reviews.
• Collaborate on regional sales incentives and recognition programs.
• Manage headcount and partner with recruiting for candidate selection.
• Build relationships with property managers and leasing agents.
