Astound is seeking a sales leadership professional to manage a Direct Sales team, driving growth for residential and multi-dwelling unit accounts in Oregon. The role emphasizes coaching, field rides, and collaboration with regional teams to optimize incentives and performance.

The position is hybrid, with two days in the office weekly, and opportunities for remote/Home office work. Candidates should have 3+ years of management experience and strong knowledge of telecom sales processes and CRM

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Proven track record in sales management or direct sales leadership
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a Direct Sales team, focusing on single-family prospecting and multi-dwelling unit relationships
• Know and apply pricing, product changes, and service processes to ensure excellent customer experience
• Serve as subject matter expert on all systems and tools used by the sales channel (billing, reporting, CRM)
• Provide regular updates through weekly team meetings and bi-weekly performance reviews
• Coach and develop reps through field rides, documenting productivity and performance metrics
• Collaborate regionally to create sales incentives and recognition programs
• Assist in maintaining budgeted headcount and participate in recruiting and interviews
• Build relationships with local communities through events and sponsorships
• Ensure professional appearance and strong customer interactions across all touchpoints
• Support residential multi-unit dwelling accounts and coordinate with property managers and leasing teams
