Job summary

Astound is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead in Oregon for a hybrid role combining office days and fieldwork. You will direct a team of Direct Sales Representatives targeting Single Family and Multi-Dwelling Unit opportunities, driving revenue while maintaining top customer experience and competitive edge.

You bring 3+ years of management experience, strong organization and MS Office skills, and the ability to learn the cable industry quickly.

Qualifications

• Formally educated with a college degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in management.
• Experience in telecommunications Direct Sales or face-to-face sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with the cable industry and local communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Coach and monitor performance to meet monthly new customer targets.
• Stay current with pricing, product changes and service processes.
• Be the subject matter expert on systems and tools used by the sales channel.
• Provide regular updates in weekly team meetings and bi-weekly target reviews.
• Collaborate regionally to develop sales incentives and recognition programs.
• Manage budgeted headcount and support recruiting in interview processes.
• Build relationships within local communities and with property managers.
