Astound Broadband in Oregon is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead a Direct Sales Representatives team focused on Single Family and Multi-Dwelling Unit channels. This hybrid role combines two in-office days with the flexibility to work from home, in the field, or at a local Astound office.

You will coach, monitor performance against quotas, and collaborate on incentives while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Knowledge of telecommunications Direct Sales is a plus.
