Astound in Oregon is seeking a Senior Direct Sales Leader to manage a team of Direct Sales Representatives, focusing on Single Family and Multi-Dwelling Unit partnerships to drive sales targets. You will coach, ride with the team, and optimize performance across the region using CRM and billing tools for accurate reporting.

The role is hybrid with two days in the office and offers uncapped commissions; base pay of $75,000 with total compensation potential up to $140,000+.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in management.
• Experience in telecommunications Direct Sales or face-to-face sales.
• Knowledge of the cable industry and local communities.
• Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed targets.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of a team of Direct Sales Representatives.
• Engage customers through Single Family and Multi-Dwelling Unit relationships.
• Coach and develop the team; conduct field ride-alongs.
• Collaborate on sales incentives and budgeted headcount.
• Maintain professional appearance and relationships with property managers.
• Ensure OSHA safety and company safety standards.
