Astound is seeking a Regional Sales Leader in Texas to guide a team of Direct Sales Representatives focused on door-to-door and multi-dwelling unit partnerships. The role blends field leadership with in-office planning, coaching, and performance management to achieve monthly and annual targets.

You’ll work hybrid, with two days in the office, and opportunities to engage community partners while promoting Astound’s internet and telecom services. Prior telecom sales leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience in telecom Direct Sales or face-to-face sales.
• Knowledge of cable industry and local market.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily activities of Direct Sales Representatives to hit targets.
• Coach via field ride-alongs and weekly meetings.
• Manage budgeted headcount and collaborate on incentives.
