Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Regional Technical Program Manager to elevate field operations performance in our data centers. You will develop training programs, support systems, and implement best practices across operations, quality and safety.

You’ll lead change initiatives, partner with Engineering, Procurement and IT, and deliver executive-ready dashboards and tools. You must have 8+ years in data center operations and strong cross-functional leadership, with the ability to travel up to 50% and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data center operations and project/program management.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Knowledge of the data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
Experience with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsibilities

Provide analytics and recommendations on staffing and training needs.
Drive definition and implementation of service delivery, maintenance, and safety processes.
Provide user support and training for field operations tools and processes.
Lead change management activities for field initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve process and system issues to boost productivity.
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and dashboards.
