Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Regional Technical Program Manager to lead field operations improvements within our data center operations programs team. You will design training, streamline processes, manage changes, and drive productivity, quality and safety across sites.

Responsibilities include deploying service delivery changes, training field staff on key tools, leading cross-functional programs, and presenting executive-level updates. Travel up to 50% and hybrid on-site collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center operations and project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
• Experience working with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on personnel placement for field operations training and qualifications.
• Drive definition, development and implementation of service delivery, maintenance, quality control, and safety process changes.
• Provide user support and training for key field operations tools and processes.
• Lead change management activities for field operations initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process and system issues that impede productivity.
• Develop, implement, and score drill scenarios used in training site personnel.
