CoreSite is seeking a Regional Technical Program Manager to drive improvements in field operations by developing training, supporting systems, and leading change initiatives. You will analyze operational data, implement best practices, and ensure teams are trained and qualified to deliver services effectively.

The role requires 8+ years in data center operations and program management, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center operations and project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience with various field operations enablement/software applications.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with on-site presence up to 2 days per week.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and adapt to evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on staffing for field operations.
• Lead changes to service delivery, maintenance, quality control, and safety processes.
• Provide user support and training for field operations tools and processes.
• Lead change management activities for field operations initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting process and system issues affecting productivity.
• Develop best practices and share department-wide.
