Job summary

CoreSite is seeking a Regional Technical Program Manager to lead field-operations improvements within the Data Center Operations Programs team. You will develop training, support operational systems, and drive change management to ensure personnel are trained and capable to deliver services effectively.

Responsibilities include shaping service delivery, maintenance, safety processes, analytics, and collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and IT to boost productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and travel up to 50%
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Lead cross-functional programs and manage external vendor relationships
• Oversee budgets, projects, and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and operational tooling

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on staffing and training for field operations
• Drive definition, development and implementation of service delivery, maintenance, quality control, and safety processes
• Provide user support and training for field operations tools and processes
• Lead change management initiatives for field operations programs
• Analyze and share departmental reporting to identify productivity inhibitors
• Develop and score training drill scenarios for site personnel
• Promote CoreSite culture and values
• Attend meetings and share best practices across departments
