Job summary

CoreSite, a leading colocation data center company, seeks a Regional Technical Program Manager to improve field operations performance by developing training programs, supporting systems/processes, and leading change initiatives. You’ll analyze data, implement best practices, and ensure staff are trained and qualified to deliver services effectively.

In this hybrid role, expect on-site presence up to 2 days weekly, up to 50% travel, and collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and IT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center operations and project/program management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of the data center, internet and telecommunications industries
• Experience working with various field operations enablement/productivity software applications

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on the placement of new field operations personnel.
• Drive definition and implementation of service delivery, maintenance, and safety process changes.
• Provide user support and training for key field operations tools and processes.
• Lead change management activities for field operations initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving process and system issues to boost productivity.
• Develop training content and dashboards for service delivery and maintenance.
• Analyze departmental reporting to identify productivity inhibitors and apply Lean Six Sigma.
• Develop and score drill scenarios used in training site personnel
