CoreSite, LLC is seeking a Regional Technical Program Manager to improve field operations, implement training, and drive process improvements across data center sites. The role requires a strong background in data center operations, program management, and cross-functional collaboration within a hybrid work setting.

You will partner with Engineering, Procurement and IT to deliver executive-ready tools, dashboards and training programs, while managing budgets and multiple priorities in a

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data center operations and project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
• Experience with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on staffing for field operations.
• Lead changes to service delivery, maintenance, quality control and safety processes.
• Deliver user support and training for field operations tools.
• Lead change management activities for field operations initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and system issues affecting productivity.
• Develop and share best practices for service delivery and safety.
• Participate in steering meetings and review field activities for improvements.
• Analyze reporting to identify productivity inhibitors and partner on solutions.
