Job summary

CoreSite is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Program Manager to enhance field operations performance through training programs, process improvements, and change management. The role involves analytics, collaboration with Engineering, Procurement, and IT, and leadership of cross-functional programs.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in data center operations and program management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data center operations and project/program management.
• Knowledge of the data center, internet and telecommunications industries.
• Experience with field operations enablement/productivity software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytics and recommendations on staffing for field operations.
• Develop and implement service delivery, maintenance, quality control, and safety processes.
• Provide user support and training for field operations tools.
• Lead change management for field operations initiatives.
• Analyze departmental data to identify productivity inhibitors and drive improvements.
• Create and deliver executive dashboards and training programs.
