Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support multiple client sites with on-site services in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will assist in implementing new services, travel locally as needed, and collaborate with management to optimize operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel between client locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts are 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Must use Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with on-site service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, and front desk coverage.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, courier logistics, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding new client accounts and service expansions.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and professional client relationships.
