Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40-50 mile radius.
• Shifts are between 7am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance that meets company coverage levels.
• Data-driven and innovative approach with excellent communication and customer-centric mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping and more.
• Travel locally to support client operations and satellite offices.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build strong customer relationships.
• Demonstrate adaptability and accountability in taking on new challenges.
