Qualifications

• High school diploma required with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between customer locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Data-driven approach with strong communication and customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail, print, hospitality, and front desk coverage; shipping and courier coordination.
• Travel locally to client sites and satellite locations to support operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive data-driven improvements.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions with Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive customer relationships.
• Reimbursements include mileage, parking, and tolls as per company policy.
