Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to travel between client locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends depending on location.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle with adequate insurance.
• Data-driven approach, strong communication, and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites.
• Deliver on-site business services (mail, print, hospitality, reception).
• Manage shipping/receiving, courier coordination, printer fleet.
• Travel locally to client locations and post offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and use data for improvements.
• Assist in implementing new accounts and service expansions.
• Build positive customer relationships with a service-first mindset.
