Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support on-site service delivery across multiple client locations in the Charleston area. You will handle daily operations, implement new services, and foster a customer‑centric environment to drive client satisfaction.

You’ll travel locally (40–50 miles radius) and manage tasks such as mail/print, hospitality, reception, and fleet support. Strong communication and data‑driven problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel between client locations within a 40–50‑mile radius.
• Ability to use data to drive improvements and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent communication and customer‑centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service delivery and operational support.
• Deliver on‑site business services including mail/print, hospitality, reception, shipping/receiving, courier coordination, printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and drive data‑driven continuous improvement.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions for Field Implementation Managers.
• Maintain a service‑first mindset and build positive customer relationships.
