Job summary

Ricoh Careers is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across client sites in the Denver area, delivering on-site services and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

You will coordinate coverage, travel locally (40–50 miles), and partner with Field Implementation Managers to onboard new accounts, drive process improvements, and maintain strong, service-first relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between client locations within a 40–50-mile radius.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance that meets company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple customer sites.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail and print, hospitality, reception, shipping and courier duties.
• Manage printer fleet and travel locally to support client operations.
• Collaborate with management to enhance processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
• Maintain a service-first mindset and build positive customer relationships.
