Ricoh USA, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to oversee on-site service delivery across multiple client sites within a 60-mile radius. The role supports daily operations, implements new services, and drives a customer-centric approach across the assigned geographic area.

The position requires travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. It offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a $260 monthly travel stipend and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Ability to travel between locations within a 60-mile radius.
• Shifts are 6am-7pm with possible overtime including weekends.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and insurance required.
• Data-driven and customer-centric communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services: mail, print, hospitality, reception, shipping, courier, printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to post offices and satellite offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to enhance processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in implementing new customer accounts and service expansions.
• Maintain service-first mindset and build strong client relationships.
• Be adaptable and accountable, delivering exceptional service.
• Monthly Stipend – $260 to support travel between client locations.
• Reimburse approved business travel expenses (mileage, parking, tolls).
