Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple client sites in the Miami area.

You will help implement new services, coordinate mail and print services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and field support. The role requires travel between locations, a valid driver's license, and a service‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to travel locally within 40–50 miles as needed.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with possible overtime including weekends by location.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Data‑driven approach and strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites to ensure high‑quality service.
• Deliver on‑site business services including mail, hospitality, reception, shipping, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally to client locations and post offices as needed.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data insights.
• Assist in onboarding new customer accounts and service expansions.
