You will travel locally to support operations and collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 12+ months of experience, and the ability to travel within a 40–50 mile radius.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 12+ months of relevant work experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel between client locations within a 40–50 mile radius.
• Shifts 7am–7pm with potential overtime including weekends depending on location.
• Regular use of a personal vehicle; valid driver’s license and appropriate insurance required.
• Data-driven and customer-centric mindset with strong communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related tasks as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage across multiple client sites with consistent service delivery.
• Deliver on-site business services including mail/print, hospitality, and front desk support.
• Coordinate shipping/receiving, courier tasks, and printer fleet management.
• Travel locally for client operations and support field implementation teams.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes using data-driven insights.
• Assist in onboarding new accounts and service expansions for clients.
