Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a regional strategic sales professional to drive climate revenue for top US accounts in the general building and specialty contractor space. Travel up to 50% may be required due to regional responsibilities and key project visits.

You will implement go-to-market strategies, manage accounts in Accelerate/Salesforce, and promote Climate Control and Power & HVAC solutions across Sunbelt lines. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years outside sales or sales management.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Proven territory management with revenue growth.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Implement go-to-market strategy set by Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals set by Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager.
• Manage all accounts through CRM software (Accelerate/Sales Force).
• Promote Climate Control and Power & HVAC solutions with strategic sellers and leaders across other Sunbelt Rentals lines.
• Create and deliver capabilities and value-driven presentations for Heating, Cooling, drying, and indoor air quality.
• Collaborate with National Strategic Customer Managers for assigned accounts.
• Engage with Regional Management to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Strategically plan customer visits to offices and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision makers.
• Utilize virtual resources such as Teams to execute strategy across a large geographic footprint.
