Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, a national equipment rental leader, seeks a Regional Manager to drive growth and profitability within the assigned territory, developing business strategies, engaging employees, and ensuring optimal staffing while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role requires up to 75% travel, a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing, 3-5 years district management plus 2 years of sales, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• This position requires up to 75% travel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing on the district level plus 2 years of Sales experience.
• Should be extremely competent across all product lines including product specification and technical design of projects and applications.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop subordinates.
• Proven ability to drive results in Sunbelt values and goals.
• Proven track record of Profit and Loss Accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans outlining the steps to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Review Profit and Loss Reports and adjust strategy to improve regional and Profit Center operations.
• Develop regional organizational structure capable of meeting customer needs and achieving growth and revenue objectives.
• Lead Store Managers in maximizing profits with fleet mix, pricing strategies, service/preventive maintenance programs, utilization, delivery and sharing of fleet between Profit Centers.
• Work with key management to execute programs and provide direction of modification in line with business changes and company goals.
