Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Director of Facilities Maintenance and Retail – Climate Control to lead a team of strategic sellers and customer service managers. The role drives growth through strategic plans, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and operations leadership.

The incumbent will manage revenue budgets, monitor KPIs, and partner with marketing to strengthen Sunbelt’s market leadership in climate-control facilities maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing.
• 3–5 years of progressive sales leadership with remote team management.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or facilities maintenance.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight and valid driver’s license.

• Lead the Safety Culture across all sales activities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans with quotas and goals.

• Collaborate with contracts and legal to manage master rental agreements.
