Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Director, Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control US, to lead strategic sales growth and operational execution. The role coordinates with senior leadership, mentors SCRs, and drives revenue through climate control capabilities across national markets.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3–5 years in sales/marketing, strong communication, and travel availability of about 50%. Base pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus 3–5 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the year.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interface with executive leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Resident near a major US airport.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of Facility Maintenance & Retail strategic sales and operations.
• Coach and onboard SCRs to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Promote climate control capabilities across geographies.
• Collaborate with Marketing to extend leadership in FM & Retail.
• Develop and execute annual budgets and quarterly reviews.
• Manage AR and payment terms with strategic customers.
