Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for its Climate Control Service to rent and sell portable HVAC equipment to commercial customers, contractors, and events within the assigned territory. You will work with the Sales Reps and Managers to maximize market penetration and build long-term relationships.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of direct sales experience, and a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or HVAC industry.
• 2+ years of direct sales experience
• Current/valid driver’s license in good standing, and proof of auto insurance
• Project management, new business development and customer retention skills

Responsibilities

• Rent and sell our diverse line of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and temporary heaters within assigned territory.
• Cultivate existing accounts and develop new ones to maximize penetration within customer base.
