Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Director, Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to lead strategic sales and operations with the Vice President of Sales. This role focuses on coaching SCRs, driving profitable revenue growth, and expanding climate control customer relationships.

You will work across multiple teams to create an aligned customer experience, manage budgets and analytics, and guide field implementation. Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Availability to travel 50% of the year.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of an organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion of strategic sales and operational strategies for Facility Maintenance & Retail end markets.
• Coordinate with SCRs, NAMs and RSDs to drive revenue growth and customer onboarding.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, analytics, and annual budgets; manage AR and terms with strategic customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Contracts, and Ops to cross-sell capabilities and ensure consistent customer experience.
