Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Director of Facilities Maintenance and Retail - Climate Control to provide strategic leadership over the Climate Control Facilities Maintenance team, drive revenue growth, and build key customer relationships across markets.

You will lead SCRs, develop go-to-market strategies, coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing, and mentor a remote sales force to achieve quarterly quotas while delivering customer value and Sunbelt's service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of progressive sales leadership experience with remote team.
• Experience in equipment rental, construction, or facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Facilities Maintenance strategic sellers and SCRs.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for facilities maintenance.
• Manage budgets, goals, and KPIs for revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor the sales and customer service team.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen Sunbelt's brand presence.
• Negotiate master rental agreements and payment terms.
• Expand customer base across market segments.
• Partner with contracts and legal teams on agreements.
